#10 the english is...

I think it's a different subject because is the only one of my classes where the teacher forces me to speak.
The use of blogs is my favourite part of the course, because I love to write at any time and if is in other language I always have to practice the grammar.
One of my qalms is the schedule. It's very exhausting because is very very late for all of us included the teacher. I have the idea that all the students must have the oportunity to organize all their classes of english. I know that it's sounds very silly but I think that everything it's possible.
I think that all the aspects of my english need to be improved. I feel that my english is awful. I think that I need more practice, and I planned to improve my pronunciation and memory english with books of my interest but written in english.
These days my only connection with the language, besides the class, is the music and films that I enjoyed each time that I can. I like very much the english music: clasicals like Elvis, The Beatles and Queen. Also I like the indie music of the 90's like Blur and Oasis, etc. This way I think that I can improve my pronuntiation.
The films that I watched the most of time are in english. Even some of them not included the subtitles and  I must watched only in english and always tried to don´t loose the principal idea.
I think nowadays the english is very important for us. Many of us have the idea of travel around the world and this language is the principal in the most of modern countries.
Finally, I would like to say that I like very much the english, but the grammar it's very hard for me. I think that someday I be able to domain all the areas of it.

#9 Get a job!

I would like to get a job in some independent magazine or newsapaper and write about cultural scene of Santiago. My idea is have time to work in an oficial place and in the free times work in my own place developing photographs to myself. I love that. This term I have a course of analog photography and I just falling love with the experiences. For that reason I’m planning to do a internship in a photo lab this summer. Also I made a litlle lab in my house where I practice with the chemicals.
I’m considering to study a qualified cultural journalism and criticism. Beacuse I love the cinema. I think that I like to move in the similars areas of knowledge, and that is good for my futures jobs because is all related to each other.
Some aspects that I consider to get a new job is, for example, the tendency of the media, like if is red or yellow or pink press. Anyone of this I like in absolut, because it's seems to much rigid for my. Neither the politic press is included in my interest, but I agree that a complete journalist always have to be up-to-day of the current events.
In other hand, I’m good at write, write and write, and aldo read, read and read. For this faculties I think that work in some editorial isn't bad for my, the same with a papero or magazine. I'm good with the letters, for what tipewriting all the days is enaough for me.
For finally, I think that my weackness are: insecurity, nervous and ansiety person. I'm stressing a lot in the hard times, but always stay afloat. Meanwhile my strengths are constancy, responsable and very punctual person. Also I consider myself like nice with people and very friendly.

#8 My sweet friends

I love my friends, I think that without they my life would not be the same. I consider my friends like fun persons, I love when we all laugh at the same time, and go to everywhere with they. In the university my friends and I form a group of 8 persons. We all studied journalism in the same year of career. Other caracteristic our is that all we living in differents areas of Santiago. For example, my friend Cami lives in  La Reina, Woody and Nacho in "Santiago centro", my friend Rojo in Quilicura while Pauli and Pamplinas -this is not your real name- lives in Maipú, finally I live in Cerrillos.

But the distance is not a trouble for us. We always found the way to stay togheter besides the time to spend in the University. We like to go to concerts of all the bands taht we love, and planning tour trought the city, like the time tath we go to Cerro San Cristóbal and eat a lot in a mini picnic that we make.

About my childhood friends, I keep a few of them, but the contact is not the same because we study in differents universitys, and obviously, in differents parts of Santiago, like Caro, that study obstetrics at the USACH. Even out of the capital, like my other friend names Cami, that study medicine in Valdivia.

I don't consider that I make friends easily, in fact I think is the opposite. I think is lucky that I have found a group of friends like this. In the school I haven't the same fortune with my classmates, but I shared with my partners without problems.

#7 How green the world is?

The most of people haven't the habit of recycling anything of the garbage that produces everyday. One simple example of this, is the idea of throw all the trash in the same bag, instead of separarting in containers of glass, aluminuim, organic trash, plastic, etc. I think that recycling beggins at home, with the parent's education. At the same time, in the school must be a green education for the students, since they are little to the end of the scolarship. I recognize that my habits isn't very green.

Most of time I forgot separated the trash or take a short shower, but also I considerer myself good recycling drink cans all the time; when I walk in the street I take the trouble to collect every can that I see. The same when I came at a party, and this is a little more embarrising, because I must talk with the owner and see what said to me, although they never bother with my porpouse. All of this I make it to my little sister, that study in a especial school and they coleccts cans and tea bags for wheelchairs and others implement that the students need it. Sadly, I have my bike stolen and I run out of money for buy me a new one.

For other side, I love walking, and I would really like walk to my university all days, but I can't because I live too far from the campus, for this reason I took the bus everyday, because is cleaner that to use the car.

#6 Literature and books

I consider myself like a bookworm, but when I was a child I hated the books with my soul. The reason? The literature that my teachers made me read was too boring for me. In fact, I crazy about reading only since novemeber 2008, when I went to La Feria del Libro de Santiago. I remember that time and how I surprise my parents with the news.

I bought four books that time. The first book that I bought it was A Clockwork Orange, I love the edition and I knew that this kind of reading is  forbidden to me. Later, I payed for three books of a chilean authors, Alberto Fuguet and José Donoso. I think that in that time I have heard a little bit of the first of they, and I take the risk. Las Películas de mi Vida and Mala Onda, proved to be a magnificent books. Since that time, Mala Onda converted it in my favourite book. The last book I bought that I bought it was Casa de Campo of José Donoso. This book managed to confuse me a lot, and I haven't finished it get.

The last book that I being reading is Cortos of Alberto Fuguet. I enjoyed too much reading this book, because remaind me my old times in the school when I read this kind of storys about a young and handsome guys of my age in that time, like 16 years old. It took me a few days to read, in fact it were five days. Actually the story is conformed with too many shorts stories about the life of a group of people that used to be friends and classmates in the school but now a days they not even spoke each other.

I recommend it to the youngest people that don't like to read., like me in the beggining of the story.

#4 Unusual holiday

I like very much the independence holidays. Every year with my family celebrate the independence of Chile anniversary with tipical food of this time of year, like barbecues or "asado a la chilena", "empanadas de pino", drinks like the Earthquake or Terremoto, etc. In other hand we listen to chilean music like "cuecas" that also I dance with the tipical clothe of "china".

The most thing that I like about this celebration is the oportunity to share with family and friends arround of one reason, my country. The aspect that dislike about of this holiday is the increased accident rates because of heavy drinking that produces particularly in the "fondas", that are places to go in family or with friends and in some case alone, where you dance and talk and drink a lot.

But this time it was different, because my aunt Any invites me to walk the Inka Trail with her and her friend. This travel it was magic, I had the oportunity to see beautiful and inimaginated places on the peru jungle at banks of Urubamba river, until to know the seventh world wonder "Machu Picchu".

In conclusion this holiday was different in all the aspect, from food, music and the place to celebrate.

#3 A different vacations

One of my best holydays in my life it was when travel to Argentina with my aunt Any, because it was my first time to travel out of Chile, and my first trip in aeroplane. I remember how exciting I was 'cause everything is new: the tickets, the baggage, the total experience. I had never gone on a trip without the company of my parents until that year, 2011.

The totally idea to travel to Buenos Aires it was planning by my darling aunt, like a graduation gift. She cordinated everything, from the hotel until the  places must we visited in the capital of the neighbor country. Restaurants ocupated the most important part of the list to "things to do..." in Buenos Aires. We tasted anything: meat, ice cream, italian food, like pastas and pizza, cakes and pies, etc. I remember that I afraid to weight gain 'cause the food, but the other hand my aunt and I movilizated into the city only walking to the one place to another.

The most beautiful place in there it was the Faculty of Law. This was the month of february, few days after that I enter to study Journalism in here.

#2 From Russia with love

*Although I haven't seen the famous movie starring as James Bond, the song that is part of the soundtrack I really like.

*I have always interested to know about the culture of this country. I love reading stories about the czars and their ways of life in the royal dictate. Political history is also very interesting, for example when they formed part of the USSR in the twentieth century. On the other hand, one of the most powerful stories I've ever read and that to this day continues to surprise and scaring me a little, is that referred to Rasputin, a dark figure and full of secrets, so mysterious that could reach the highest ranks within the Russian dynastic family no apparent reason other than their own knowledge and influece.
*If I had a chance to go, I have no doubt that I will investigate, somehow, because I don't know speak the language, more things done by this enigmatic character in the story. Obviously, I would like learn about Russian history, which meant in the past the Lenin government and how was that Stalin won the Second World War.

*After that, I would like visit the most beautiful places that worth knowing in this country so full of history. One of them, is the Saint Basil's Cathedral, located especifically in the Red Square in the comercial neighborhood of the capital city, Moscow.

#1 First term in my mind

How it was my first term? The first half of my second year studying journalism It wasn't that difficult that I imagined in a beggining. In differency at the first year of carrer, I wasn't have a favourite asignature, because all of them it seems dull to me. I remember the specifics class about journalism, thats it was "Expresión oral y corporal" and "Taller de crónica y entrevista" despite of thats beautiful names, both class never catch up with my expectations. The others asignatures was direct to anothers areas of the knwoledge, for example one of them, "Análisis de la imagen fija" was about nintendos, videogames and this kind of things, that I'm not interested at all.

In other half, I enjoyed my free time pacticed my hobby and favourite sport; andinism. I was going three times a week to exercise my body and then climbing up a wall. I like very much to pactice this sports, because it keep me training and near for the nature. All the months the group of andinism that I belong since a year, schedules a trip to Cajón del Maipo. Summarizing my first term it had good and bad things, but the most importants it was in company of my friends.
